How it WOrks

Step 1
Book your free consultation
The initial consultation is on the house via phone or video call! Because SLH cares deeply about our clients’ comfort, we want to hear from YOU. We’ll introduce ourselves and service offerings and then allow you to speak to us about all of your goals, concerns, questions, and needs. We’ll put together a plan, and take the first steps on your style journey together.

Style Session
The more we know about your lifestyle the better we can virtually style you. The more you know about fashion, the less scary it is! We will collaborate to curate your dream wardrobe.

Your Image Consultant will teach you the basis of our SLH Style Trinity:
  • Knowing your personal style,
  • Dressing for your body type,
  • Looking and feeling amazing at any age or stage of life.
We’ve found that following these three simple tenets allows you to dress with ease, confidence, and style. We will then use these guidelines to discover our next steps.

Wardrobe Revamp
We examine each piece in your closet via video call and shared photos. We assess what needs to stay, go, be consigned, dry cleaned or altered. We employ the “Seasonal Wardrobe List” during this process.

Your stylist creates a personalized seasonal wardrobe list based off what key pieces are missing from your collection, implement what you need and price out each item to match your budget. The spreadsheet allows client and stylist to stay on the same page.

Pre-shop and online Shopping
SLH Personal Stylists enjoy doing the work for you! With the personalized seasonal wardrobe checklist, we pre-shop online and compile a shopping list with links to all items we want you to review. Often introducing you to brands and online shops you may never have known about! From there, you will have a video call with your stylist to discuss each piece to be ordered and begin learning how to shop for your specific needs. Everything is purchased by your personal shopper, getting you the best deals possible.

Fitting
You and your image consultant will schedule a video call when your orders have arrived. During this session you will try on all pieces and discuss all aspects of the look, fit, feel & how each piece will fulfill your wardrobe needs. If there are any returns, your stylist will walk you through the process.

We import your wardrobe and digitize looks that are dressed up and down. We ensure every time you leave your house, you do so with well-earned confidence.

My closet stressed me out and I was keeping things I hadn’t worn in years. I decided to hire a personal stylist and I found Stacie on instagram and thought she has great style and I want to dress like her!

After narrowing down my style we realized that it is very similar to hers, but I didn’t know how to dress for my body. Stacie edited my wardrobe and had me try things on for her via FaceTime so she could see how the clothes worked with my body type. Next was the shopping list, she found me a bunch of awesome pieces, which I love! My favourite part of the process was the style book that Stacie put together for me. It makes it so easy to flip through and pick an outfit for any event. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her and see what my fall/winter style book brings

Working with SLH to revamp my wardrobe was nothing short of phenomenal! And as a guy who doesn’t particularly like or have much time to shop, I don’t say it lightly.

The best experience I have ever had!
Too busy to shop, too frustrated with trying to find my look for a last minute photoshoot for a big PR push and Stacie came to my rescue!

Not only did she move mountains for me but she paired me with an amazing personal stylist Ryan who went above and beyond pulling my looks. He was knowledgeable, professional and really helped me through my mental blocks of what would and would not work.

Then by some miracle she was able to book me with the best Photogrpaher I’ve ever worked with Anastasia Creative. Anastasia was amazing, as was her team. Amelia for makeup and Dominique her assistant. With Anastasias extremely organized shoot outline, we captured way more than I could have asked for and in such a short time frame.

Like I said, Stacie was my game changer, she handle literally everything for me, all I had to do was show up and she did it in a matter of days from my request!
